As of 2007, over 25 businesses in downtown Warren have utilized the grant opportunities provided by the Warren Main Street Program. Another six property owners joined the list in 2008.
The Main Street's Design Committee works directly with businesses and property owners to assist them with Façade improvements that will enhance the character of their building and maintain the overall look of the downtown. State DCED Grant opportunities are available through the Main Street Program as a 50/50 match in order to assist businesses with the cost of construction and renovation.
