| Main Street's
Organization Committee is dedicated to promoting
and sustaining the Main Street program through membership,
fundraising and sponsorship initiatives. This committee
is responsible for 5-year strategic planning and
overall budget proposals which are presented yearly
to the Main Street Board of Directors.
 Through
the Organization Committee, the businesses in
downtown are actively involved in the development
and growth of the Main Street Program. This committee
is the backbone of the Main Street program's future
growth.
Volunteer Training is also a
responsibility of the Organization Committee to
ensure that all volunteers are knowledgeable of
the event or program they are spending time on.
Volunteer hours are tracked to help assist with
grant assistance for the Main Street Program.
So, every minute counts towards helping the Main
Street succeed in its mission to build a better
downtown Warren.
This committee meets the
3rd Thursday of each month at 8am at the Main
Street office located at 310 Second Avenue in
