| Main Street's
Economic Restructuring Committee or ER Committee,
is an active group of business owners, community
leaders, property owners and local residents who
help to promote the vision of the downtown by working
with business and property owners on expansion and
recruitment efforts.
 Downtown
revitalization and creative reuse of historic
buildings is the focus of this energetic team.
Currently projects include and $8 million dollar
Downtown Revitalization project (Streetscape)
that will begin construction in the Spring of
2008, a retail incubator and the development of
an Artisan Corridor.
A comprehensive plan is being
developed to create mini districts in downtown
Warren in order to enhance its character and charm
as well as provide a unique experience for tourists
and residents alike.
This committee meets the
1st Thursday of each month at 5:30pm at the Warren
Main Street office located at 310 Second Avenue
