Main Street's Design Committee works directly with businesses and property owners to assist them with Façade improvements that will enhance the character of their building and maintain the overall look of the downtown. State DCED Grant opportunities are available through the Main Street Program as a 50/50 match in order to assist businesses with the cost of construction and renovation.

As of 2007, over 25 businesses in downtown Warren have utilized the grant opportunities provided by the Warren Main Street over the past five years. Another six property owners will be joining the list in 2008.
